Donna Pearce joined The LOUD Program in 2015. She oversees day-to-day operations and is one of the key decision makers in the continued development and outreach of the program. She comes to LOUD with over 20 years of music business experience in A&R, venue and business management.

Donna found her passion for live music as a teenager and eventually turned that passion into a career managing Dallas’ premier live music venues during an era when Dallas artists were playing a major part in the international music landscape, turning out multiple platinum-selling bands.

Working closely with rising and influential artists expanded her industry exposure, and soon her penchant for identifying up and coming talent led her to New York City and a position in the A&R department of RCA Records where she worked with many globally successful artists.  Quickly moving up the ranks, Donna would go on to sign artists and manage six-figure recording budgets.  After nearly a decade of major label and New York winters, Donna and her family made the decision to move their home to sunny Los Angeles.

Upon relocating to LA, Donna oversaw the operations and growth of Threee, the boutique record producer management company founded by her husband Erik Eger. But it was her young son’s introduction to public school that ignited Donna’s desire to bring her passion for music and the music business to youth, schools and communities that lack sufficient funding for arts education.

The LOUD Program empowers students with the gift of creativity, music, and entrepreneurship, and Donna is dedicated to enriching the next generation of thinkers, artists, and leaders through providing access to powerful programs such as this.
